Rakesh Kumar Gupta
Managing Director
Rakesh was appointed Chief Operating Officer of ACIS in 2003
to launch the first captive offshore unit of Allianz
Insurance UK. He set up the IT division in 2003 and
established the BPO unit in 2005. Prior to joining ACIS; he
managed key positions in L&T, Tata Unisys, GE (U.S) and BT.
He joined ACIS with a diverse corporate experience spanning
25 years. He is a B. Tech in Mechanical Eng. and Management
post-graduate from IIM, Ahmedabad

Jison John
Head, Systems Development
Jison heads the Systems Development Division of ACIS with
overall responsibility for the Application Development and
Maintenance services to Allianz Insurance Plc, UK. Jison has
over 14 years' of experience in the IT industry. He studied
B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at College
of Engineering Trivandrum, and was a gold medallist from
Kerala University. Additionally, he has earned a Diploma in
Business Management and completed a specialisation course in
Software Project Management from the Indian Institute of
Management, Kozhikode(IIMK). Prior to joining ACIS, Jison
was with a German-based IT consulting firm, managing their
offshore service delivery operations. |

Deviprasad Thrivikraman
Head, IT Transformation
Deviprasad Thrivikraman is the Head of IT Transformation
with ACIS in India. Initially, he was involved in building
the Systems Development organization at Trivandrum. In his
current role, Devi is responsible for the ACIS SD Shared
Service Centre that focuses on building and running AD&M
delivery teams for other Allianz Group companies. He comes
with over 13 years' experience in diverse Systems
Development activities offshore with Accenture, Wipro
Technologies, Satyam Computer Services, HCL Technologies and
Cognizant Technology Solutions. He is a B.Tech from the
College of Engineering, Trivandrum. |

Amit Passi
Head, Business Process
Amit heads the 500 FTE Business Processes at ACIS which
service simple to complex processes across Allianz Insurance
UK business and some initial pilots for AGC&S. Amit has
diverse 17 years' experience in running hotels, marketing
FMCG beverages and has led various offshoring & outsourcing
initiatives for UK based conglomerates. Before heading ACIS,
he served as a Vice President for Credit Card Operations
with HSBC at their captive unit based in India. Previous to
that, he spent some years working with The Macallan Single
Malt Whisky in London and Imperial Suites Hotel at Dubai.
Amit is a graduate in Hotel Management from India’s best
known university and has special interest in Ornithology &
photography whilst enjoying equity analysis during his free
time.

Rob Bisset
Head, Computer Services - Facility Management
Rob Bisset serves as our Head of Computer Services and
Facility Management Divisions. He is based in Trivandrum and
is responsible for managing the performance of the company’s
IT and Facility Infrastructure. Previously, Rob served four
years as the General Manager of RAC India Private Limited, a
wholly owned subsidiary of RAC UK. He has held key positions
in other multi-nationals based in Hong Kong, UK, US and
Australia. He has received an MBA from the Royal Melbourne
Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. |

Krishna Ramachandran
Chief Financial Officer
Krishna is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Management Accountant and a Company Secretary. He joined ACIS in June 2010, has over 15 years of experience in consulting, controllership, tax and finance. Prior to joining ACIS, he has worked in Ernst & Young, Vodafone, KPMG, EDS and Yum International. |

Sowmya Murthy
Head, Business Change Division
Sowmya heads the Business Change division at ACIS which consists of a team of Project Managers and Transition Analysts that work to transition and set up the offshored processes in ACIS. Sowmya has over 16 years experience in the insurance industry and has led several new product launches and offshoring initiatives. Before joining ACIS, she served as a Programme Manager for AXA Insurance where she managed large change programme of work based in the UK. Sowmya is an MBA from Lancaster University in UK. |

Saji Zacharia
Head, Human Resources
Saji Zacharia heads the Human Resources team of ACIS having over 21 years of experience in HR and holds an MBA from XLRI School of Business and Human Resources (Jamshedpur). He joined ACIS on May 23, 2011 from Credit Agricole Bank where he was the head of HR (Gulf Countries). He had previously worked with AXA, Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank and Procter & Gamble. |
