  3. Reward and Recognition

    Our culture is one where we reward for performance and achievement. Every year we will agree a series of job related targets with you and provide any training or development that you need to achieve those goals. Regular reviews will be carried out throughout the year and feedback provided. How well you achieve those targets will determine your annual pay increase. In addition, subject to the Company hitting it's business targets, you will be eligible for a performance related bonus with the most successful employees receiving the greatest amounts.

    At the same time, we need to ensure that our pay and benefits remain competitive and to this end we employ external consultants to benchmark our salaries against the market so that where appropriate we can make adjustments.

    Recognition though is not just about money. We also have several schemes to recognise a job well done which range from award ceremonies to commemorative gifts.
     
  4. Promotion and Career Development

    Wherever possible we aim to promote from within with all our senior jobs advertised internally.

    We also recognise that development is not always about achieving a higher grade. Expanding your skills or leadership abilities can be equally important. That means we will look to provide opportunities for you to be involved in projects, interact with our colleagues in the UK and increasingly be given the opportunity to travel to the UK either for a particular piece of work or for a longer secondment.

    As our reputation grows within the Allianz Group as a whole, we are also starting to provide opportunities elsewhere in the world and we expect this to be an area of growth over the next few years
