Our culture is one where we reward for performance and
achievement. Every year we will agree a series of job
related targets with you and provide any training or
development that you need to achieve those goals. Regular
reviews will be carried out throughout the year and
feedback provided. How well you achieve those targets will
determine your annual pay increase. In addition, subject
to the Company hitting it's business targets, you will be
eligible for a performance related bonus with the most
successful employees receiving the greatest amounts.
At the same time, we need to ensure that our pay and
benefits remain competitive and to this end we employ
external consultants to benchmark our salaries against the
market so that where appropriate we can make adjustments.
Recognition though is not just about money. We also have
several schemes to recognise a job well done which range
from award ceremonies to commemorative gifts.

Wherever possible we aim to promote from within with all
our senior jobs advertised internally.
We also recognise that development is not always about
