Business Processes (BP) offers Service, Sales and Back-office
processing support to Allianz UK. As a cohesive unit, ACIS
BP supports various functions/divisions of the Allianz UK
operations such as Animal Health, Corporate Partner, Claims
& Broker Services. We have a wide range of management
practices designed to support the business in achieving both
high service quality and to offer productivity gains to the
operations. At ACIS, the BP Processes follow the COE
(Centres of Excellence) framework. This process-grouping
methodology helps in best practice sharing across various
processes, increase customer satisfaction and also offers
resilience to the business.
Our staff are recruited and trained with specific Sales,
Voice and Data skill sets that complement the COE framework.
In addition to this, the BP operations also offer
specialised services in the areas of Policy Underwriting and
Veterinary Claims that support a more technically-oriented
