The ACIS Application Development and Maintenance (AD&M)
Services for Allianz UK, was established in 2003 and offers
a wide range of services across 20+ technologies. The
services include Application Development, Application
Maintenance, Quality Assurance and Process Consultancy,
Testing and Validation, Packaged Application Services,
Platform and Data Migration Services etc.
ACIS AD&M promotes a unique engagement model offering a ‘One
Team’ approach with its customers, providing integration and
collaboration at each and every level of the organisation
structure, by having roles and responsibilities which are
complimented by the core competencies of each location.
In its journey to become the 'Best in Class', ACIS AD&M has
adopted CMMI best practices and got accredited at the Level
5, the highest level of maturity under the process
improvement framework promoted by the Software Engineering
Institute (SEI), and is the first within the Allianz Group
in this respect. ACIS AD& M also follows information
security practices which are certified under the ISO
27001/BS7799 standards. ACIS AD&M continuously benchmark the
delivery performance against industry standards, which is
performing in the top quartile of industry trends.
Starting from the year 2008, ACIS AD&M services are being
extended to other Allianz Group companies and ACIS is in the
process of building AD&M delivery teams for other Allianz
Group companies across the world. As part of this
initiative, Allianz Group companies like Allianz Worldwide
Care and Allianz Global Corporate & Specialities are
actively working with ACIS. Allianz Deutschland AG, Euler
Hermes and ACAS have also begun their relationship.
